Material
Used wine casks from Bekaa cellars, plus solid oak boards for the pieces a cask can't make.
Hardware
Original iron hoops wherever they survive the cut; new steel banding where they don't.
Finish
Indoor pieces are oiled and waxed. Outdoor pieces get a marine-grade finish for the valley's summers.
